Check out the virtual weber bullet website and the forums. Always good stuff in there

I'll check that out, looking to switch things up from Johnny's seasoning salt, garlic powder, pepper, doing experiments in a couple racks, with several different rubs hopefully

Put like 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon salt in a bowl. Add a dash to a teaspoon of just about every spice you have in your cupboard.

It'll taste like your regional "signature" rub and you and your friends will like it because it's made of all the shit you keep on hand.

Same "clean the fridge" method works for bbq sauce except you start with a vinegar/ketchup/sugar base and add all your half empty sauce bottles and reduce it.

Thanks but I'll pass on the hail Mary rub

I've done ribs with the cheap mccormick paper pulled pork seasoning packets before and they've turned out great. If I remember right the spices in them were pretty similar to this

Looked into this and found this , if It's in the supermarket, I'm going with this
