Pooping in a tall T

I've found that whenever I go poop in a tall T, I get at least a little stain on the bottom of my swag rag. No matter how hard I try, the back always slips down into the shit water or gets caught up in my toilet paper when I'm trying to wipe. Shit stains on my shirt always make me feel self conscious riding the lift with strangers. Recently, I've resorted to wearing exclusively brown tall tees. Am I the only one who has this problem? How do you guys avoid getting brown spots on the back of your shirt?

when wearing a tall tee and ski boots it is pretty damn difficult to take a dump. The only solution is to wear it over your head hahaha
