I think it would be tight to have some park feature that involved a pond skim that was there all year long.

Pond skimming, and there would have to be tons of grass patches for gnarly patch gapping and grass skiing. Plus some soggy leaf covered ground in the tress for real tree skiing.
Skiing on REAL mountains with REAL ponds and REAL grass patches.
