i personally have no idea, but im really interested if it does. i hope someone with some experience drops by and says yes.

the only thing is that the working temp has a min of 32 degrees which could be a problem

sliding basically means that the intermolecular forces are really weak, so check if it has non-polar bonds. (i.e. the molecule is symmetrical and there are no unbonded orbitals) I'm thinking it should be slippery because I'm pretty sure that it's a symmetrical molecule. You might want to double check.

It is what they put on the bottom of good bodyboards. It dings up really easily so I would imagine that skis edges wouldn't work out so well.

 
lol i had some polypropelene first layer from the military surplus, way warm and thin, but makes you stink like shit cause your sweat doesnt soak in at all, like silk
