Im 5'7' and 140lbs, im lookin at the pollards to for an all mountain ski and be able to go into some deep powder and be able to go into the park, having some side thoughts about bumpin down to the Skogs. any ideas or other skis i should look into?

any pro model line ski would be fine, they all have a 86mm waist

186 is definitely too big for you and 166 is too small for you.

186 will be fine...but who knows they make more sizes for next years ski. I imagein your going to wait and get next years...they are off the hook.

ye def get the skogen. its 176 which is prolly a good height for you and its really good for all mountain and park.

i belive that this year's skogan is 178, but it's all the same. and yes, 186 is pushing it a little bit, but if you think that you could handle it, more power to ya'! just think about what you're going to be skiing.

I'm 5'8' and ride the 178 Mike Nicks. They do great in the powder (I've had them in up to 4ft. of fresh) and the length feels just about perfect. The Skogens are super sick, but REALLY stiff.

As good as the Mike Nick's? Yes, they are exactly the same dimensions, the difference is that the Skogen has a super sick topsheet graphic, but more importantly the Skogen has a stiffer flex profile.

i would say get the mike nicks...and dont get reactors with them...they suck
