Pokemon on Poles

I know this might be confusing, but i have an old pair of poles siiting around and I thought id try to some how get some of my old pokemon cards on the poles. I would do them vertically and maybe do the face of a card and then the back side all the way down the pole. What should I use to keep the cards stuck on and then what should i use to coat the poles to keep them water proof and somewhat durable?
 
If it came out right i think itd look sick, but not everybody can appreciate such a great pastime.
 
I guess i can just use a really strong glue to put them on, i just need something to layer over the cards.
 
Yeah, his turned out really well, pm him and see what he did. I'm guessing it wouldn't be too hard, and it would definitely be worth it to be able to rock pokemon poles. If you figure out an easy way, pm me because I was thinking about this too.
 
the only problem with them is that the whole card is a hologram...so the whole thing is sparkley...but its cool cause i can stick them on my poles and use charzard without ruining an actual card
 
Ya I had thought about that, but like you said theyre fully holographic and I have a crap load of old cards that i need to use.
