oh yeah, but to solve your problem, chlorine. It's the best way I've found to dry out Poison Ivy.

scrub yourself with dish soap using the brush with the toughest bristles available.

poison ivy leaves an irritating oil on your skin, the dish soap fights the oil and the tough bristle brush is more likely to get it out than a cloth

go to a cvs or any drug store and ask for super ivy dry shit is soo bomb the poison ivy will be gone in 2 days max. i feel for you man i get poison ivy soooo bad, goodluck.

Use calamine lotion like someone mentioned. If it's around your mouth you might want to get it checked by a doc asap, poison ivy spreads since it's an oil and you might run the chance of it entering your mouth. This will create pimples down your trachea and potentially down your lungs if you don't do something about it. This happened to my friend, it was really bad and had to get some antibiotics. Try not to touch/scratch since this will cause the oil to spread. Hope it wont get too extreme like my buddies.
