Pointers?

Okay I hate to do this, but im a somewhat new photographer, i know what im doing but i feel i have lots of room to improve. So what im asking from NS is if you could look at my pictures on flickr, and throw some pointers out there to help me improve (and im aware that the skiing ones are all blue)

photoshop link still isn't going for me.but i'd say maybe try to focus on the rider more than the feature.Play around with different angles and try to capture the rider more. I like how your shots have the context of what is going on, not just a floating skier, but maybe too much stuff other than the skier.

And yeah i hate when its only the skier its just not something i like, and the photoshop link should now work, that sites confusing but the link should work now. But thanks!
