Poc spine protector sizing halp?!?!?!?!?!?

Alright so I'm looking into buying a Poc spine protector... I am 5'11 still growing and 150ish. Which size should I get?

It fits a bit bigger, but I'm 6 foot and have a medium.

Don't get something like a spine protector hoping to grow into it. That's like wearing a jock that's too big, it won't absorb the shock correctly and will just get you hurt. Get whichever size fits best

Is it the Spine Ergo, or the Spin Ergo Bug you're thinking about?

Because if so, these are the rcommended size guide:

140-160cm XS/S

160-180cm M

180 cm- L/XL

Alright, well I'm 180 cm exactly sooo.... But I'm still growing So I guess I'll get a large...

im 176 and i use size L, i dont feel that it's too big, covers my tail spine - beginning of neck.
