POC Receptor Bug

My hat size is 7+1/4 to 7+3/8... if they arent that warm, what size with a knit hat? if they are warm, what size do i need? +K for help! and no i cant just go try them on cuz i dont have anywhere around here to try them on at

I wear 7 1/4 and i tried a poc receptor bug on last week and a medium fit me good without a knit hat, why I always do if im gona wear a knit hat is take the padding/liner out, and i think you could do that with a medium, but if u want the liner/padding in with the knit hat than without a doubt get large

i have one, my head is 7 3/4 and i wear an xl with no beanie, but i wear a bandana underneath so i don't have to wear the ear flaps. They're quite warm, they have a removable foam insert that opens up the vents too.
