I'm on a mission to get some pow booters built and get some filming done but can't convince any of the homies to man up and do it. I'd love to find a crew that does it on the regular or just some people that would be down to start. Super serious on gettin some quality footage. I ride either the Bachie or Hood area. Reply to post if you can help me out!!

Both places dont really have that sick of terrain.
Hood has some sick step ups and a pretty popular parking lot step down up by timberline.
As far as bachy goes, its flat, but it has a good amount of sick jump spots. Only problem is that ski patrol is out to get you and will pull your pass for doing it.
Its pretty lame.
As far as actual backcountry goes, the stuff out in central oregon would be wayy sicker if you could actually sled near the good terrain. There is some good stuff hiding around, but not a lot thats accessible.
For living in bend for 3 winters now, I cant say I have been able to get that much good backcountry in the area. Only bachelor for jumps and a couple other things.

central oregon has great bc.I'm surprised more hasn't been done at tam mcarthur. and same with the wallowas. There is a lot to be had on hood, but people like to stick to stuff within view of the parking lot.

Nimbus had the right idea a few years ago when they built that step-up/hip above zig zag cliffs and made the trip to the wallowas even though then didn't get great snow. I want to see some effort being put into bc jumps. not the backside of bachelor or below the parking lot at tline.

if you come up to washington, id be happy to show you some killer cliff/ big rocky lines w/ plenty of deep untouched pow.

There's some sick stuff around bach, if i had a sled thats where i would be. You can see a bunch stuff from the lift, and alot of steep lines, as far as jumps you could find some open rollers in the side areas.
