Plz critique my work!!!

first off no hate. none of the shots really stood out to me. I wasnt attracted by any bright colors or anything to special in almost all of the shots. Some of them it took me a while to actually find the skier or snowboarder and most of them werent very sharp and looked either out of focus, too slow of a shutter speed or really noisy. keep it up tho. what kind of cam do you use btw?

Many shots were from too far away. Others the skier blended into the trees too much. Get a longer lens.
 
yeah it was hella flat light that day in the spring colors will show a lot more, i shoot a nikon d200
