Plexiglass?

I'm gonna glue it on, but I was wanting something else to add to it, like nails or screws, but I need to countersink em, eh? I managed to crack a test piece with finishing nails so... any tips?

but will that crack the plexiglass?

We are considering using a drill bit to make a hole for the head and screw from there.

just drill a hole big enoth for the thin peice of the screw ad then on top off that drill so the head of the screw will be flush, if you know what im trying to say

I glued that shit DOWN! IT worked really nice. Except that I tightened some boards on top to make sure that it was nice and compressed, and when I pulled one off it pulled part of the sheet out!

I squeezed it back down though. So I've got this seam between two sheets, what do I do with it?

I also have some pretty sharp edges, and planing them takes shit forever. Any advice? I'm using shit skis so I don't care much, but I'd like my friends to hit it up as well...

Thanks!!!!

you probably should have gotten rid of the seem before you glued it down... now your fucked. well.. you will have to come up with a creative solution atleast.

and i wouldnt worry about the edges that must, just run some coarse grit sand paper down the sides but your skis will do the work for you really.

the seem appears to be barely noticeable. I ran the test skis over and they make a noise, but there's no real resistance that I can feel.

Now I just need some snow!
