So I ordered a hoodie from them May 24th, and their email response said that they would ship the hoodie within the week and a tracking number would be provided. However, after waiting almost two weeks for a tracking number I finally decided to email them and find out what was going on. I got a response saying they were just finishing up embroidering the hoodies and that they would ship the next day and a tracking number would be provided the next day. Three days later, still nothing, so I emailed them again to ask what was going on and got no reply.

I was wondering if anyone else had ordered something from there and if it had shipped or not. And also if this is normal for them.
 
The same thing happened to me and one of my buddies he just can take

awhile. Ben's usually very busy but it will come at sometime. You can

get a hold of him on here too his name is PlentySoul
 
I ordered my hoddie at the end of march and I'm still waiting. They told me the excuse it would be sent next day about 10 times but nothing. This is not acceptable and I would never order something else from them... even if they make sick stuff.
