Alright so i have a chance to buy a sweet 2003 Toyota Tacoma for about $17,000. I make about $400 during the summer months and about $130 during the school year. Im going to be in college next year, and am just wondering for those who are in the situation of paying for a vehicle, what would you advise a fellow friend to do. ????? any help is appreciated

 
Depends on where you're going to school. I have a great bus system around my school, so not having a car isnt too much of a problem. I go up skiing with friends anyways, so if you're in the same situation as me, sell that thing.
 
wow at that rate its gonna take you about 6 yrs, thats not including school, inbsurance, gas, fun, movies, dates, booze, weed, ect!
