Please help me with my drop in...have pictures!

well this is my drop in so far. i still have alot to do. but i need help with it//tips on what i should do next.

im gunna cut my hafpipe in haft (because i dont skate anymore) and drag it outside to use as a drop in for snowboarding. its gunna be under a over-hang...and im gunna put a few tarps over it when im not using it. as you can see. i am making it taller and a bit mellower. its around 8 or 9 feet tall.

sugguestions/comments would be oh so nice

Request invite to build a jib. Use plastic lattice fencing for surface of dropin.

They sell it in stores in 4 x 8 foot sheets. Super fast. You won't need to build a dropin that is really tall or steep and you won't have to trash your Q-Pipe.

My suggestion:

Make a new one, don't use your halfpipe. It's just going to be a pain in the ass.

Agreed. Sell the halfpipe if you don't want it, and make it without it. It is going to be so hard to move around with your halfpipe attached

well im cutting it in 1/2 and dragging it out with our truck...so it wont be to hard at all. but thanks for the imput and that website to that fencing...im picking some of that up soon.

any more suggestions?

transition at the bottom needs to be mellow. Didnt know if you had plans for that but dropping down with an angle without a runout transition to you in-run may kill all your speed. Another way to do this is mold a transition with snow....all depending upon your use and location

Loew's sells it in 2x 10 ft sections and 4x 10 ft sections, perfect for drop-ins
