Let me start with my stats: 16 170lbs 5'10" expert skier, 3 years background in park. I am usually tough on my gear. I don't destroy it but it does get damaged.
This year I got some atomic bentchetlers for 200 bucks, hell yea!
They had been mounted once when I got them.
I mounted a brand new pair of fks 140s on them.
I then proceeded to get a new pair of park skis (faction silas 174)
Im still not sure if they will be too short.. any body riding a similar setup with the same dimmensions?
I want to put my fks on the factions, but that would leave my poor pow sticks naked.
I have never really toured, or hiked to earned my turns, but I think a touring binding would be good for the bentchetlers. Any tips on what kind of binding? just get new fks for my factions? Can I mount them again? this would be the third mount. Are the factions a good length for me? Last year I was 5'5" and shredding some 170 halo2s, they had a pinch of rocker, but they were a good size.
