Please help fix my gopro +vid

so yea idk wtf happened but all the sudden my goprp aint filmin so smooth anymore on a count of the picture is all blurry. I already tried cleaning the lense with many different camera products so its not that. there is however a 1mm gap between the lense and the rubber thing that usually surrounds it tightly but only for a small section around so im thinkin perhaps condensation from the other side of the lense?? Any ideas what could b wrong NS?

try tweaking around with the settings. change the aspect ratio, go into white balance if you can, all that stuff. maybe it'll help i dunno ha. It happened to me and I didn't realize there was a little scratch on the casing...
