one of my buddies is in the hospital in a coma with severe brain damage/head damage as is his girlfriend with lesser injuries but still pretty messed up. And My friend that was driving is fine...
 
shit dude, I'm sorry to hear about that. I hope everything goes alright. Friend that was driving, was he drunk, or can hit by a drunk driver? Good luck to them, and a fast recovery!

On a side note, about a mile north of my house, there is a main road that is 45mph, this kid that I knew from highschool was drunk driving and was going 105mph, t-boned a girl that worked at my bank. He guy died on impact, the girl made it out ok, after 4 months of recovery. However she was 6 months pregnant and the baby didnt make it.
 
both passengers were the ones that got hurt. Dillon was driving and just drunk enough too get a dwi and he walked away from it but austin was really drunk and kelly was sober
 
Although i 100% agree with no drinking and driving, getting high and driving is a completely different story. I've never actually drove when i was drunk, but i can understand why it would be hard. when i get drunk, i lose all sense of balance and my surroundings. getting high though is different. i zone in, and driving is a piece of cake. to be honest, i'm most likely better when i'm high.

still, either way, neither of them are smart to do, and endanger other people's lives as well as yours.

you know, even if his drinking didn't have any bearing on the crash, it is just dumb do drive after having any within a few hours, even if you are only buzzed or whatever. i have friends who drive after having just a few, and yeah you might be fine to drive....but tell that to the cop who breathalyzes you, a DUI is a DUI.

I had a close friend hit a stone wall going 80 while very drunk 9head went into the windshield) and he still drives buzzed and shit and claims "hes fine". Not to be the preacher but its true "buzzed driving is drunk driving". use your heads.

Actually I stopped driving drunk a couple of years ago and thats just a line from an Afro Man song.

But regardless, I do drive better drunk than most people do sober.
 
they say the average person drives drunk about 146 time without getting a dwi...I'm not at a number that high, but I have used up my luck never drive intoxicated anymore. So not worth it. I know about 3 kids who drove drunk all the time in my small college town, which posed no threat to people because I am talking SMALL, but they all got dwi's and lost their license. I told them to stop a year ago. Sorry about your friends man and hope he pulls through

this kid i knew was drunk hit a try and died the car was demolished
