you can get pivots for under 200 if you just check snow share frequently. I met a homie that finds so many deals he started collecting pivots, he even has a set of Pivot 13's

12s suck so hard with those plastic parts. Good release value but honestly 15s go way harder.

Harder on the knees too with all the damn metal.

I hear where you’re coming from as I’m not a fan of chipping/breaking plastic off bindings so its always a juggle for me between lighter bindings or heavyweight durable ones. I’ve always felt a weight difference with my pivot 14’s and 15’s and often choose to ski the 14’s more often because of that. If you’re really pushing yourself to the limit by filming street parts, learning master rail skills, or sending 30 foot cliffs you should go with 15’s or even 18’s. If none of that applies to you go with 12’s or 14’s, same pivot tech with alot less weight to carry around.

I’ve never heard of a Pivot 13. I know the xm13 but that wasn’t a Pivot. It was a tour binding
