Pivot Forward Pressure Problem

Does anyone have Experience with using a non grip walk boot with grip walk pivots?

Basically everything was fine until one day my fron piece of the boot wasnt in all the way. I have on both sides room to wiggle it around and move a bit. The Pressure Indicator sits normal though so im very confused. (Yes i will bring them to a shop soon but wanted to ask if someone has maybe an idea what could be wrong?
