Pivot 18 brakes loose when clipped in?

Anyone know what would cause this or how to fix it? I’ve had lots of pivots and have never seen this. I’m 99% sure they were not like this before the shop mounted them. It’s only on one heel piece for the most part and only when boots are clipped in. These bindings are pretty new with only about 15 days on them.

Looks like the forward pressure on the right binding is off, hard to tell from the video but it doesn't look like the dildo is as vertical as it is on the left binding, which would indicate forward pressure being off.

Take some photos from the side of both bindings w/ boots in them and post up.

This is also happening to a pair of mine but not as loose, should i take it to the shop or is it an easy fix

Your forward pressure (assuming that indicator is in good condition) looks right. I have had this happen to pivots before. Can't remember exactly what was wrong, but it might be that you broke the plastic on the underside of the brake plate (where the insert under the black square). At least I think that's what was wrong with mine. I wasn't able to fix it, but didn't find it to be too big of a problem besides being annoying. Are you having other problems with it?

I dont think anythings broken. a few pairs of mine do this (the older pairs) and a few other pairs dont. Forward pressure really doesnt have much to do with the brakes. As long as the black pad on the heel is fully pressed down theres not much you can do. Ive ridden mine that are like that and have no issues. I woulndt sweat it op.

No problems, but I haven't ridden them like this yet. Just got them back from the shop and do not remember them doing this before I took em in, so was just wondering what the deal is. Good to know it caused no real problems.
