I was cruisin the threads during class as one does and saw [tag=170549]@HaydenWrong[/tag] 's thread with his FIRE custom dipped pivots and had the same reaction as im sure a lot of us did; "I wanna do that!"
Then I was thinking about it more and thought well were mid season so I don't wanna take my bindings apart rn cause I wanna ski, I don't wanna wait for paint to dry cause I wanna ski, and I dunno if I want to spend all that time working on it cause id rather ski.
Don't get me wrong I'm totally gonna try this when summer comes around and I have the time to do it right and make it look good.
Anyway, I was thinking about ways to personalize my bindings a lil bit and figured making custom DIN window art/icon/whatever you wanna call it would be simple enough yet still cool. So I made a template for some!
Basically making this thread to share the template with anyone who wants it. Its an ai file, so you can just go in and create clipping masks of whatever you want.
Also feel free to send me a PM if you don't have illustrator and want me to make you some...you can just send me whatever image you want to use, ill make it, and then just email a PDF back to you that you can print out. Just go cop a sheet of waterproof printer paper.
The template has three different "styles" if you will; Fully covered (can't see the lil din dial), DIN window (can see the dial but no numbers), and DIN window w/ numbers (have one for the 15s and one for the 18s)
Ill try and explore making some templates for you pivot 12/14 homies too and Ill edit the thread here if it works out!
