Pink Flamingo Camp IV & Pink Flamingo Camp North

ummmm i can tell you right now that its going to be super dope and i want to wait and see!! you know its gonna be like opening up your presents on christmas

They haven't started building yet. They won't start until the week before. Go to www.fp32.com and peep the forum thread "PFC Features". Toss in some suggestions and shit.

alirght i feel like a little posting bitch but it seems like nobody is excited for this at all this year.. like last year there were likr 4-5 pages on the camp by now and there were so many updates and stuff.. its wierd this year

^^ i think this threads going to be picking up here soon since i believe they will start pushing on monday or so, meaning more updates will come

Yeah i was just gonna post something to that effect... tomorrow sometime adam and i are gonna start moving the masses of snow and building the monstrosities... should be sick... i'll try and get some pics of the progress...

Tad

PFC is gonna be sick we have so much snow left it is ridiculous. that sucks real bad rich but im sure you will do what you can to get out and ride

did they start pushing snow today?? and does the park cam. work for anyone else on perfects website or is it just blue??

just blue think they took them down they want you to be surprised i guess and i heard that PNS is going to be open on this weekend so we might only have chair one might be a rumor

no tad will get on here or fp32.com forum or both and give us an update like what is built what they are trying to build and if we will have access to center and bottom of clydes stuff like that. i hear there are 3 cats pushing mass amounts of snow around on the blue chair as of right now so its gonna be sick

hey guys.. we have been told to expect to be open so we have blue chair and deception.. we have been pushing all day and things are already starting to shape up.. as of right now..

on meadows we have a 100 foot gap that may or may not stay depending on what speed looks like, as for speed we have been givin deception and plan on having a drop in with a speed pumping gap over the trees into meadows.. its basically the same gap as last year only 100 feet.. and we are gonna have hip takeoffs like the tombstone from pfc 1.. and hopefully a quarterpipe up the front...

audition is going to have the learning jump for youngins... into a 30 long 10 foot up stepup.. into a channel gap.. my best guess would be 40 on one side and 25-30 on the other..

rail setups havent really started yet.. alot depends on what snow we have left..all of this is subject to change... depending on what the rain does tomorrow... and what happens with opening back up for bonus days...

The sooner you can sign up the better, if you HAVE to wait until day of then you can but we would really rather you not. We HIGHLY recommend helmets!... please at least bring one... As for why it is called Pink Flamingo Camp... random... i was trying to come up with a name when we first started the camp 4 years ago and i was like,"we should just call it something completely random, like Pink Flamingo Camp, and then we could use Pink Flamingos to mark the take-offs and we could jump Flamingos and everything." and it stuck... (PS. we did Pink Flamingos before the Orage Masters) So yeah really random... and each year we have a theme to go along with everything... last year Turtles for JIbbing THe Turtle... that one would take WAY to long to explain, but anywho this years is Golf/St.Patty's day so wear your Golfin' duds and bring your clubs...

We did find out that Perfects will be open on a limited Basis which really kinda sucks but we have managed to make it work still with most of the features we usually have plus some, so i think it will still be sick.

It is true however that if you come to Perfect North expecting to ride the park and not be in PFC then you will be sadly let down... All park features will be on the Blue Chair and only people with PFC Cards will be allowed on the chair, we will have a few lifties checking to make sure everyone has one. I'm sure it sucks for season pass holders but this isn't the Regular season so PFC takes precidence...

I hope you all come out and hit it up, it should be a great time and you will learn something, and its just a fun atmosphere.

i cant wait its gonna be fucking sick!!!!! and its kinda cold again. i think im gonna take a drive up there tomarrow to register and get a sneak peak of the setup... im mad pumped...

No. He didn't say you HAVE to have a helmet..... but they are strongly recommended. If you don't have one, I suggest buying one at some point anyway.... they're radical and will save you.

i was planning on getting one eventually but right now my best trick are 3s off like 10 footers and some rails so nuthin thats really gonna mess up my head too bad

Can't make it, got to work to build up time for going to Tahoe next week, which doesn't suck, but I had such a blast last year at the camp that I really wish I could do both.

*IMO - Helmets are even more important when you are learning, once you become more advanced they are still a necessity, I just highly recommend them for starting out. Some of my hardest falls where when I was learning*

Brain bucket or no, you'll have blast at the camp. Stoked to see some pix of some sick stuff being thrown down from people wearing plaid pants and knickers. You guys going to have a leprechaun?

Umm how is this not the regular season? What is this playoffs? Sure its called bonus days, andt hey shut down for a week, but its still the same season. And like i was saying before it was going to be open, and that sucks we cant ride the park unless we pay the extra hundred, kinda shitty for pass holders since all we had was a month!

Yeah i guess, i mean im just expressing my opinon, ive been skiing there longer than most of you little kids have. Like i said before its awesome what perfects does, but SINCE they are open i just WISH we could have the whole hill open, and have PFC later. I know its not possible bc of conflicts, and thanks billups for stating the obvious. Take it as you want, this is prolly my last season here before i move to utah, so id like to ride as much as possible!

But i am curious to see this massive jump.
