sorry if this was already posted but i couldnt find anything with the search bar. how do i make a jpg image smaller so that it fits the 100k limit?

^ok so i uploaded it on putfile. but now when i copy the URL into the picture address box on ns, and upload it, there is only a box with a red X at the top left corner and the picture doesnt show up.
 
yeah you need to get the url of the picture right click on pic go to properties then get a very small pic in like paint that is so small upload taht then in the response area get the big pic with all the url and post it
