picture upload restriction

I think that there should be a limit to the number of pictures a member can upload each day, like 3 or 4. It would help stop excessive posting and it would stop other pictures from getting burried to quickly.

i think maybe we should have a limit to how many posts we post a day too!! that way people would think about what htye post so they dont waste their certain amount of posts for that day, also could help prevent post whoring. and as you are on the site longer and longer, using ur member # some spiffy program calculates how many posts u should get per day, so that way the older peeps get privelages
