i have adobe photoshop 6.0, and i've been trying to take huge 20x26 in. dig. pictures that my roomate took with his minolta dimage 7.0 and make them smaller and take up less memory to fit the 30kb max to post. anyone have any suggestions on making pics smaller without making them look crappy?

have any of you tried psp? ,..well whatever..personal preference, i find psp easier to use and more effective
