^Yep... then you can adjust the "Quality" bar and you'll notice the filesize in the bottom lefthand cover changing.. Ex: 95.6k
Get the filesize somewhere under 100k and your in good shape.
It also helps to shrink the image so that the width is around 540px. This will allow you to have a better quality picture once you save it for web. And it doesnt matter since NS resizes the images automatically.
