Uhhhhhhhhhhh if you have slow internet connection then yes, but then have fun finding a serial number for your friends version, plus the hassle of getting a hold of him and getting it in your hands, instead its literally 10 clicks away from all your needs. I think it took me 9 minutes to download it from adobe.com
