i recall a thread a few days ago about creating sequence photos and whatnot, but if anyone could humor me and answer this, i would be greatful. i have a bunch of clips on the computer in adobe premere. i want to create a sequence still from the video... it seems like someone said that can be done... if anyone knows how to do this hook a brotha up. thanks

take stills with the export frame thing in premiere (i think its in the File/Export Timeline menu)

then in photoshop, arrange all the frames so they overlap the corresponding areas, and just erase where the skier is.
