How the fuck do i learn photoshop? Im getting frustrated as fuck. why cant they make shit easy?

Any ideas and or tips would be greatly appreciated!!

depends what you want to do exactly. if you want to learn the basics maybe do some tutorials on phong.net or .com I forgot, but yeah try that to get associated with teh program.

use the tutorials and internet help for basics, advanced shit take advertising/graphic design and be in love with it

take a graphics course at school, screw around with it, there should be some sort of help menu built in with a search thing, or like ^ said, do tutorials that you find on the internet. theres thousands

you must know somebody that can help you out. just learn the basics (layers, filters, brushes and whatnot) and then come up with your own style. works like a charm.

same here, tutorials are the way to go. photoshopcafe.com is a good site with a lot of links to other sites, and the tutorials are really easy to follow.

It's VERY easy to learn actually unless you're slow, you dont have to go to school just to learn how to use it really.. Just play around it for couple days or so, know whats that for and this is for...

Get plugins like eyecandy, xenofx, etc to add cool effects.

photoshop is mad easy just hold your mouse over each button and it will tell u what it does. then you can type and draw and cut, overlap etc lots of shit.
