Photoshop Experts: I need help

So i'm editing this picture of my friend:

I want to keep the sky at the same exposure, but the foreground is underexposed. So I selected the foreground with the quick selection tool so I could edit the exposure for just the foreground. After, I realized that there are some spots that I wasn't accurate enough and it is pretty obvious:

So my question is how do I go about blending the sky color into the spots that I missed, or do I have to take an hour making sure the quick selection tool is in the right places.

Use lightroom or like the photo editing part of photoshopt(dont know much about PhotoShop I use lightroom) and lowers highlights and whites and bring up shadows and blacks and should fix your issue now problemo

Thanks for the help! I used the adjust shadows and highlights and it worked like a charm. Ill definitely be using that in the future.
