Photo section stuff

First off, mods need to start doing their job and moving stuff where it should be, and deleting dumb shit like the pictures that pirat uploaded.

Secondly, I'm sick and tired of seeing 10 ratings everywhere... I think that you shouldn't be able to vote on a picture that you upload.

And third, I'd suggest that people start rating every picture you look at so some of the extreme ratings can get slimmed down a bit... it seems like every picture on there is between a 6 and a 10.

you're right, 1080enemy, I wuz thinking about that. I wonder if there's a way to post a comment and a rating at the same time... and maybe the rating could only take effect after like 5 people have submitted one....

I don't think a rating should apear until it has had a specific number of people rate it. It takes too much time/too cumbersome to rate a pic and write a comment. unless I'm doing something wrong.
