what is a simple program i can get for free that lets me re size pictures.. that all i wanna do re-size my pics

you can resize a picture on any imaging program you have. free ones are paint, microsoft imaging or download anything off the internet

 
i cant figure out how to re-size it in microsoft imaging

dont really know a lot about it. my dad just wasted his money on photoshope so ive been trying to figure out how to use it. damn this is hard

im new to the whole imaging scene i just got adobe photoshope 7. whats a good way to learn about it and how to use it?

 
i had adobe but my god damn brother deleted it and now i dunno how to get it back and now i cant resize pics, im pissed. someone help

IF all you want to do is resize it use paint its really easy. Or since you have photoshop go into image then image size then type in however big you want your pic to be. If you don't want it to get distorted check contrain proportions and it will automatically change the second number after you put in the first.
