Alright, I don't know how feasable this would be but if might help in the overlapping photo problems.

New photos should recieve an ascending number when being uploaded. Then the url would end in '/x.jpg'

Don't know how possible this system is, but it would solve some problems with photos being overlapped.

It already does exactly that.

Look at the url of a picture and notice the random numbers before the file name.

I haven't seen a picture over-written since its been implemented..

I was browsing old photos and noticed the overlaps and just blurted it out.
