so i'm having some trouble with my Blackberry Storm and i was wondering if there is anyone willing to help. just today i upgraded my phone from a 4.07 to a 4.0.18 or something like that and i didnt kno it'd cost money so i was wondering if it's possible to get rid of it without it charging the bill. and also i was trying to get rid of "premium text messaging" since i have no idea what that is and it's getting mi padres pretty upset.

most likely you cannot get your money back without calling Verizon, and you cannot get rid of the premium texts without calling Verizon

why do people make these threads? who do you think would be able to cancel and charge or adjust your plan? a person from NS, or a Verizon sales rep?

googles always your second choice.

if all else fails, then you can make these stupid thread on NS. sorry for the hate
