second, trey anastasio can sing really really well, and the others can hold their own for the most part. and when they sing barber shop quartet style, its surprisingly good

what do you mean they sound different singing than most people are used to? i have 11 or 12 of their albums, a couple of them are live, and i still think they have really good voices

but then again ive never been to a live show so i cant say all that much

they actully did an awesome job. Better than like any other people like mariah carey and such who sing the national anthem. Great harmonies, and they added some original stuff to it too. I thought it was good. My whole family liked it, and my mom and dad don't listen to phish. Mike Gordans lyrics kicked ass. and i never knew fishman was so short.
