Phil Davison, Hardcore Motherfucker for Treasurer

Pretty solid, best part is that he has 2 bachelors degrees, 2 masters degrees and none of them relate/qualify him for a treasurer position. You'd think a guy with a masters degree in communications could give a better speech than that.
