Phablet/tablet as graphics pad?

Since I'm in the market for a new phone, and looking at getting a phablet as my current phone can be used while partying or at work and the phablet for the rest of the time.

Has anyone used one as a graphics pad? I know the note 3 has a very advanced stylus with many many points of pressure.

I've never actually used a graphics pad before either, so it will be a learning experience.

As photography and design are only a hobby for me, I don't need professional results.

The Note 3 has a wacom digitizer.

And it's the size of the average male penis after being flattened not to mention the the digitizer is far worse then even a 9 year old Wacom Bamboo. As a digital drawing tool it's laggy and compromised severely.

It's a novelty, a gadget, not a primary drawing surface, that would drive you insane.
