Pete O New York Times Article

Im not trying to hate on Pete O one bit but come on New York Times.http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/02/03/phys-ed-how-to-overcome-fear-on-the-slopes/?scp=1&sq=peter+olenick&st=cse&apage=3#comments"Peter Olenick, a 25-year-old freestyle skier and gold medalist in the Big Air skiing competition at last weekend’s 2010 Winter X Games" Where they not watching the same X Games as everyone else? Cus im pretty sure i watched bobby brown throw down like i've never seen before. But Heres to you, dumbass NYTreporter...well done in screwing up some of the most progressive skiing ive ever seen. Please post your thoughts

yes i did, did you not read the first line of it? Pete O definitely did not win big air gold at X games. Can people do a little research before they write or just having actual skiers write about skiing.

so the article says BIG AIR they meant to say HIGH AIR
A mistake like that can be a pretty big deal. Now other than that, tell me what is wrong with the article. Does it misrepresent our sport? tell me more

No don't call mr. gore.. he'll just whine about how manbearpig is gonna come out from his hiding a few miles south of breckenridge and eat us all..

If you want to shoot holes in this article, there's plenty of opportunity. However, any non-freeskier writing about this sort of thing is bound to make mistakes.

Quoting Pete O. in the NY Times is pretty funny though.
