you can still offroad in an extended cab truck. if you're overly worried about it, chop the bed off.

and manuals are way better for offroading.
 
extended cabs are fine, in just saying that i would rather have a solid front axle than an ifs. and i wouldnt build some thing for looks thats liftedso i dont care what the rims look like.

autos have thier cons and pros just like standards do. id rather have the manual. every one is just so quick to say that auto sucks they can be decent
 
my 85 toyota extra-cab toyota 4x4 had a solid front axle. plus my 89 4runner has a solid front axle conversion.

yeah, as far as looks go, to each their own. i just prefer things to look nice once you wash all the mud off of em.
 
meh. i just hate it when people knock on lifted beaters, ya they look like shit but you dont have to worry about them at all and trails dont give a shit if your sheet metal is 20 yrs old or 1yr
 
i hate when commercials for these massive trucks say something like "there's a difference between thinking you can tow 10,000 lbs, and knowing it". how many people actually need to pull that much? it just seems like people buy these huge gas guzzling trucks and only some of people actually need to that much horsepower.

Just because he can pose a legitimate arguement you have to knock on him for it and just so you know that truck in the first pick prolly has like 17" or 16" rims and that is reasonable thats what most of the guys have if they still need to haul shit....!So go slit your wrists or do something productive along the same lines and get a life!
 
i have a room mate with a big truck and has a big dick so there go's your theory down the crapper. although he does have erectile difficulties, no joke.
