So this might be a pointless rant and i might get flamed/karma raped but oh well.

I went ton Wendy's Last night around 8:30ish and there was this oldish lady working there. She looked really familiar but i couldn't place where i saw here.

Fast forward to this morning, 8 AM, i have to go to work (mcdonalds) and i see the lady there.... going to work. She told me she was tired because she had to close (2 am at wendys) and she had to work at Mcdonalds at 8 am.

So many times i think about how much my job blows, which it does, or that skiing season is over,. etc. But that gave me some good perspective...

theres a lot of people out there who haven't had as many opportunites as me and most of us that can afford to ski. My family is pretty well off, i live in a good neighborhood.

Anyways, i guess all i'm saying is open your eyes an enjoy the little stuff in life. Don't take things forgranted.

Sparknotes: thanks to anyone who has input.

after my mom retired, she said working for the salvation army. this lady that works with my mom has never drove, never owned a car, etc. she takes the bus everyday to work. we gave her our old entertainment cabinet. When we went to she apartment, wow. I was not expecting anything like that. No more then 500 sq ft. They kitchen and living room were ajoined in a room about 8ft by 5ft. Then there was a bedroom with a double(full) bed about 5x5 and a bathroom. Her kitchen table was a card table. She had two chair which looked like they were going to break. Her microwave was on milk crates. Etc. She is about 60 years old and has her boyfriend living with her. (her ex husband left her) Yet she is most likely the happiest person I have ever met.

Yeah, thats what i'm talking about... If you ever work in fastfood or some sort of lower end job you meet so many people who are happy with what they have even though they have hardly anything and they barely pay the bills.

Another thing, i'm sick of people who show no respect to other people... These people with hardly anything respect other people and other people's property so much becuase they know what it is like to work for their belongings. I'm sick of spoiled kids that don't care if they ding people's cars, or break people's stuff, or just leave a huge mess at restaurants, stores, etc.

/rant I swear i'm done now.
