People like child labor are the opposite of the bunch

Child labor is just raw ass street parts. No regard for safety, tons of weed, and just hucking meat like crazy. The bunch is cinematic and eco friendly. This makes sense right?

the bunch having a cinematic eco friendly aesthetic is a new development, go watch their old movies. Far Out has an entire segment dedicated to them tripping out in the forest. and like half of the guys in both child labor and the zootspace crew took a lot of their style inspiration from the bunch. I imagine a lot of them are still friends too. Now that I think about it, B-Mack is literally in the zootspace movie, and he is an OG bunch guy.

kinda seems like you guys are trying to create divisions where they don't actually exist

I didnt really mean to divide them. I just watched dont fret right after is ut time for matching socks and i noticed that it was totally different.

for sure, maybe I was reading into what you were saying a little too much thats my b. dont fret and is it time for matching socks are extremely different movies for sure, the bunch has changed its video style a bunch over the past couple years.

matching socks was by far their most cinematic attempt thus far. their old edits and even full length films were much more like child labor/zoot space, and tbh those crews wouldnt exist in the same way that they do now without MASSIVE insp from the bunch, both in terms of new wave style and breaking outside of the classic "hip hop+filler b-roll=ski movie format."

the bunch opened BOTH of those doors IMO

I enjoy the american side of “swerve” skiing more than the europeans, no idea why but that’s how i see it.

Me too. I don't think they're very similar at all but people just group them together for some reason.

people group them together because they're both low-budget independent street skiing crews that emphasize style and creative approaches to skiing. That's an extremely small niche, idk why you would want to make it any smaller.

I agree with you guys that the american side of new wave street skiing has an increasingly different vibe from the scandi dudes. In the US there is a lot more skateboard influence, more of a gritty idgaf attitude. But they are still super similar. There are lots of shots of guys from the Forre crew in zootspace and b-mack is in there like I mentioned above, and it's not like their styles stick out in comparison to the rest of the skiers.

You guys aren't wrong that there are big differences, but I would just hate to see this devolve into some stupid "EITHER YOU'RE ON TEAM BUNCH OR TEAM CHILD LABOR/ZOOTSPACE!!" type deal. There is already too much of that in street skiing, in past years in RealSki it's been LJ vs. Magnus fans or ABM vs. Mango fans. I think all street skiing is sick, personally, and I like watching a diversity of styles. We're all in this together.

I am the parent of two wonderful teenagers, including the foster parent of a 15-year-old boy. I decided to become a foster parent through the agencyhttps://fosterplus.org. It was an assumed decision made by my wife and me. We decided to offer our home and our heart to this boy who went through a trauma. His parents beat and humiliated him while they drank alcohol. We don't do this for money but to help children grow up in a family and offer them what they need more,

dude
