It means that the person who has the place with the exotic cats has all the necessary permits to do that and it was just an accident that the cheetahs attacked her.
 
I can't tell if you are actually this stupid or if you are just playing me, but....

The person running the place attained the permits needed to house exotic cats so therefor she wasn't breaking the law by having them and doing an exhibition with them. The cats attacked her, which is out of everyones control, and she went to the hospital, unfortunately. The wildlife officers are investigating everything thats happened because a giant fucking cat attacked someone, which would be their department right.. wildlife officers.

I think I can't make it any more easy to understand, if you still don't get it, just quit on life.
 
i know. I was just making fun of the american system. In america if a shark eats a surfer wildlife officers come in and try to decide who to arrest/ who didnt have permits etc. this country is autistic
 
she shouldnt have them in the first place, and i hate it when the animal attacks someone and they kill the animal for it. its not the animals fault, we are holding it against its will.
