People bitching about skin color?

im sick of people bitching about how bad they feel about their skin color...this is america

as far as i am concerned a person is a person, it doesnt matter what their skin color is and some people just use it as an excuse.

i thought the whole skin color thing has been over for a long time...so get over it
 
seriously though. its great that you personally claim to be colorblind, but if you think racism is over in america, and doesnt affect people any more, youre just wrong, plain and simple
 
I agree it does get annoying, but if you believe racism does not exist in society today, you are sadly mistaking
 
most people who work on and study race say the exact opposite. im not saying you have to agree with academia 100% of the time but what youre saying, that being colorblind is the way out, is pretty well refuted all over the place

ALL races are at fault, not just white people, and even if we were all the same color, we would still find a reason to hate each other. Humans innately love conflict, and it's going to be our undoing. It's fucking pathetic.

Almost all of my good friends here at school are black and it really opened my eyes to how much racism is still out there. Unfortunately my school is very white dominated, and the Greeks are notoriously racist. Somehow my friends manage to keep calm and laugh it off even when I know they want to get a fucking gun. I really admire them for that.
 
no because equality means no special treatment, but focusing on the issue of racism = special treatment = inequality for other races = hi h8ers
 
ik its not over i just think its a lot less than what it was. but there is some people who are black and want to be white and just bitch about the fact that they are black and i think thats dumb...u should be true to ur heritage
