definately pe's. i have seth's and there noodly powder skis. (super dope noodley powder skis) so unless you want a pow ski. get pe's

well you live on the eastcoast, so i don't think you will be skiing much pow, but if you like fatter skis go with the vicous. They are more expensive so its your call.

have you rode either of them? if not how can you base your call on what people on a website are telling you. i found the pe to be sluggish and super stiff, viscous was nice though

Vicious ive skied a pe for a season and demoing the vicious can say its a much nicer ski in the park and in powder
