PDF file won't let me save

Here is the application to the job I'm applying for. They allow you to email them you application, however the PDF file is set up so that you cannot save after you have added any text. Is there someway to convert this somehow so that I can save after I add text?

print it out, fill it out by hand and mail it? i never could figure out those pdf's with the inability to save.
