Ill be in PC for opening day and I was hoping to hit it, anyone know how much terrain to expect/ how parks will likely be?

when are you in town? its for sure not going to be open till at least the weekend of the 3rd. its a pretty fun setup though, gets pretty haggard towards the end of the day but its still fun.

terrain is certainly not exciting, its usually treasure hollow and some other shitty groomers packed with people.

Lets hope, theyll probably do it but it was pissing rain all day today below 7500-8000ft which the base unfortunately sits at. Like you could literally see the snow line going up the mountain, jupe peak looked nice and white at least though.

Pardon our local crustiness. We are all just fucking pent up and blueballed and just wanna fuckin ski. I hope snowbird opens this weekend too.

^Liftie/snowmaker chatter seems to put Saturday as a tentative date for 3 kings. Whether that includes a park, or just the Payday access run remains to be seen.

They have had the temps. If there is no park by weekend they really dropped the ball. Unless vail changed priorities and wants TTB and new fancy burger place open instead.

Guys deer valleys gonna be opening with some wicked-ass chords.

You joke but the place is hands down one of the best ski areas there is. I love skiing there. Resort is great from easy parking, awesome lifts, best snowmaking this side of Mississippi, awesome service, skier cap to keepnit not busy, endless powder days after storms, no snowboarding.

i joke about the place but i love it, too. i only ski there and snowbird, i love working there too so the free tickets and being able to park at mid mountain in a parking garage to get geared up and be just a liftride away from lady morgan is the best shit ever.

I heard Vail city said no no to the stunt ditch this year. No Grand Prix. No need to wast the one million on the snow U
