What is the PC scramble? I really don't understand it from any videos I've seen of it.

It's where all the skiers and boarders throw their gear into a big pile then dance around it chanting Mongolian hymns, then the skis and boards come to life and have a massive snowsport orgy. All the humans gather around and watch, they also celebrate by drinking copious amounts of alcohol and smoking many blunts. Once the orgy reaches its peak the skis and boards start shooting sparks out and eventually they die.
