PC build/fitment help

Long story short, bought Flight Sim 2020 and something on my PC isnt up to snuff. Building a new one semi budget friendly (not an insane GPU).

I have bought:

Sapphire Nitro+ RX 5700 XT GPU (triple fan and huge)

i9-9900k

2x32gb RAM

1TB SSD

All peripherals

What I need recommendations for:

A motherboard that will fit the 3x fan GPU without interference. Current MB fits it but has cables on the edge of the MB that are stressed down.

Case that will also fit the massive graphics card. My current case had to be "modified" to make it fit (hammer involved).

Looking to spend sub 200 on MB and sub 150 on case if possible.

Should wait like 2 weeks and get a rtx 3080

I already have my gpu and the price difference will be insane. Got 5700xt on big discount for 350

Every build I've ever done has been in a Corsair case. I like the build quality and the aesthetic of most of their cases.

Check out the Corsair 750D. It's a beast of a unit and you can get magnetic intake filters for it as well.

This board has some pretty good reviews. Watch some videos on it and see if people have had any fitment issues.

I think that all fits within your budget. Intake filters are a must for my personal builds. I hate dust.
